Chef Apprentice
– learn from Thomas Pasfall

Do you dream of an exciting chef training programme under one of Denmarks most renowned chefs? At Hotel Faaborg Fjord, as a trainee chef, you will have a unique opportunity to learn the craft in a kitchen led by Thomas Pasfall. Known for his high professional standards, his creative approach to gastronomy and for being one of Denmark's most talented chefs.

We are looking for a committed apprentice chef who is passionate about food, ingredients and learning. You will be part of a strong kitchen team where development, quality and taste are key.

Your tasks and learning as a student:

Preparation of dishes for à la carte, parties, conferences and spa stays
Preparation, mise en place and set-up
Insight into menu development and creative kitchen work with Thomas Pasfall as mentor
Learning to work with the best seasonal ingredients, preferably local and organic
Collaboration across the house with talented colleagues

We imagine that you:

Want to start (or continue) your chef training in a professional and ambitious kitchen
Are curious, eager to learn and ready to take on responsibility
Are interested in flavours, ingredients and beautiful presentations
Can maintain an overview, even when the pace is fast
Are reliable and contribute positively to the team
