Hotel Faaborg Fjord is located directly on the waterfront and is known for its inspiring and peaceful surroundings, which make it easy to focus, immerse yourself and build strong communities. The natural surroundings of South Funen provide air, light and energy that are perfect for classic conferences, creative development days and team building in the open air.

Conference rooms on Funen with space for large and small events   

The hotel has four large rooms, two of which are our conference rooms. The conference rooms can be used separately or combined into one large room with space for up to 500 participants. This makes them ideal for larger conferences, general meetings, kick-offs, trade fairs and events where you need plenty of space, professional sound and flexible set-up.

In addition, we have 10 meeting rooms of various sizes, which can accommodate anything from 2 to 30 people. All rooms are bright, inviting and equipped with modern IT and AV solutions, just as you would expect from state-of-the-art conference rooms on Funen. Here you will find comfort, good acoustics and technical stability, so that your meeting day can run without interruptions.

Meeting in an unconventional setting 

For those of you who want a more unconventional setting, we also offer the option of holding meetings in our private forest, a unique feature that only a few conference venues on Funen can offer. Here you will find tables, seating and a cosy campfire area, and the area is covered with sails so that the meeting can go ahead even if there is a little rain. It is perfect for creative workshops, team building or meetings where you need extra space to think.

To round off a successful conference, you can also combine the day's programme with a visit to our beach bar, located directly on the fjord. Here, participants can relax with cold drinks, views of the water and fun garden games on the lawn. A conclusion that both strengthens relationships and provides an extraordinary overall experience.

Conference with overnight stay

The hotel rooms are bright, spacious and decorated in a Nordic style that invites relaxation after a productive day in our conference rooms on Funen. All rooms have either a terrace or balcony, and some offer views of the South Funen Archipelago. 

Gastronomy that provides energy for the whole day  

Gastronomy is a central part of any successful meeting or conference experience. At Hotel Faaborg Fjord, you not only get food on the table, but a complete culinary break that gives participants energy, focus and joy. Our kitchen works with the best seasonal ingredients from local producers on Funen and creates menus that both taste fantastic and provide balance during a long day of meetings.

Company activities and team building 

At Hotel Faaborg Fjord, we offer a wide range of corporate activities and team-building experiences that everyone can join in on, whether you prefer active pursuits, cosy get-togethers or socialising.
One of our most unique experiences is the opportunity to hop aboard the vintage train directly from the hotel's own platform, located in our backyard. This creates a very special atmosphere and a memorable shared experience. 

For the more adventurous, we also offer trips by RIB boat, stand-up paddleboarding, sea kayaking and even a nostalgic experience on a Puch Maxi, where laughter and good stories are guaranteed. If you want something more relaxed and social, we can arrange wine tasting, fun outdoor games or other activities that encourage togetherness and good conversation.
