There is a special atmosphere at Restaurant Havlit. The historic building, dating back to 1914, creates a setting that is intimate, exclusive, and relaxed. Here, you can enjoy an exquisite meal in tranquil surroundings, where every detail has been carefully considered and the experience is tailored to leave a lasting impression. Thomas Pasfall: Award-winning chef with roots in Funen
Award-winning chef Thomas Pasfall is responsible for the gastronomy at Horseløkke. He is one of Denmark's most renowned chefs and is known for his uncompromising approach to his craft and his ability to create dishes with personality and balance.
For more than three decades, Pasfall has made his mark on the Danish restaurant scene with critically acclaimed restaurants such as Restaurant Grå Anden in Frederikshavn and Munkebo Kro, which was named Restaurant of the Year by The Danish Dining Guide in 2004.
Today, Pasfall brings his experience, his Funen heart and his passion for gastronomy to Hotel Faaborg Fjord and Restaurant Havlit.
