Sous Chef wanted at Hotel Faaborg Fjord
At Hotel Faaborg Fjord, we are experiencing significant growth, and with the high season just around the corner, we are now looking for an ambitious sous chef to join our kitchen team. As sous chef, you will play a central role in the day-to-day operations and development of our culinary experiences. You will work closely with Executive Chef Thomas Pasfall and a strong team of dedicated colleagues who work every day to create memorable experiences for our guests.
You’ll have a varied workday, working across our two restaurants, Brasseriet and the gourmet restaurant Havlit. In addition, we host events, conferences, dinner concerts, and shows, which add exciting variety to the work.
The position is full-time, and we offer the option of overnight accommodation if you’re coming from far away.
