Whether you are new to the world of sauna gus or have tried it before, our gus master will guide you through the session so that you get the most out of the experience.
Avoid saunagus if you:
- Under 18 years of age
- Are pregnant
- Have cardiovascular disease or irregular heart rhythm
- Have skin conditions that are affected by heat
- Have consumed alcohol
Remember to drink water
Remember to drink plenty of water both before and after. Your body is working hard in the heat, so staying hydrated is important. You will always find cold refreshments and fresh fruit in the wellness bar.
What is saunagus?
Sauna bathing has become very popular, especially during the cold winter months. And we understand why. There is something very special about sitting together in a warm sauna and enjoying the aromas and heat.
Sauna gus combines the heat of the sauna with carefully selected essential oils that evaporate on the hot stones. Our gus master leads the session and swings the towel using a special technique that fills the room with steam, making the air aromatic and relaxing. The result is an experience where you feel both the heat and the scent enveloping your body. Without having to think about anything else. Here, you just have to be. Relax. And enjoy the peace and quiet.
If the heat becomes too intense, you can always move to a lower spot where the temperature will be milder.
